White Chocolate Pie Cake

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or pie dish.

2. Mix the Batter: In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Make the Glaze: While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by melting the white chocolate chips and heavy cream together in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

5. Glaze the Cake: Once the cake is baked and while it's still warm, poke holes all over the top using a toothpick or skewer.

6. Cool and Serve: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Serve slices of the white chocolate pie cake with a dollop of whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
