Almond Butter Smoothie 

Instructions: Prepare Ingredients: Peel and slice the bananas. Gather almond milk, dairy-free yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup or agave nectar, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients:  In a blender, add the sliced banana, almond butter, almond milk, rolled oats, maple syrup or honey (if using), and vanilla extract.

Blend Until Smooth:  Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Consistency:  If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Add Ice (Optional):   If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.

Serve:  Once smooth and chilled, pour the almond butter smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
