Instructions: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set it aside.
Make Crust: In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter.
Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Bake: Sprinkle the sliced almonds evenly over the top of the filling. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly when shaken.
Cool: Once baked, turn off the oven and leave the pie cake inside with the door slightly ajar for about an hour to cool gradually.
Serve: Before serving, remove the pie cake from the springform pan and transfer it to a serving platter.
