Avocado Mango Shake Recipe

Instructions: Gather Ingredients:   Collect all the ingredients needed for the shake.

Prepare Fruit:  Peel and pit the avocado and mango. Slice them into chunks. If using spinach, wash it thoroughly.

Combine Ingredients:  In a blender, add the avocado chunks, mango chunks, spinach (if using), banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using).

Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Taste and Adjust:  Taste the shake and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
