Bubblegum Pie Cake Recipe

Instructions:  Prepare the Pie Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk.Whisk until the pudding mix is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.

Fill the Pie Crust: Pour the bubblegum-flavored pudding mixture into the pre-made graham cracker pie crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Whip the Cream: In another mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar.Use an electric mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Top the Pie: Spread the whipped cream over the bubblegum pudding layer, covering the entire surface of the pie.

Chill : Place the bubblegum pie cake in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve: Slice and serve cold, optionally topped with additional whipped cream for extra indulgence.
