Chocolate Banana Pie Cake Recipe

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or pie dish.

2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

3. Bake:  Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or unti atoothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Make the ganache: While the cake is baking, prepare the chocolate ganache. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.

5. Assemble: Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

6. Serve: Slice and serve your delicious chocolate banana pie cake! Enjoy it on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
