Cold-Brew Smoothie 

Instructions: Prepare Ingredients: Peel and slice the banana. Measure out cold-brew coffee, almond milk, rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup or agave nectar (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the sliced banana, cold-brew coffee, almond milk, rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup or agave nectar (if using), and vanilla extract.

Blend Until Smooth:  Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk or cold-brew coffee until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup or agave nectar.

Serve:  Once smooth and chilled, pour the cold-brew smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
