Oreo Pie Cake Recipe

Instructions: Step 1: Crushing the Oreos Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are finely crushed. Alternatively, you can place the cookies in a resealable plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Step 2: Making the Crust In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

Step 3: Preparing the Filling In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Assembling the Pie Cake: Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the Oreos, smoothing the top with a spatula.Garnish the top with additional crushed Oreos.

Step 5: Chilling Cover the pie dish with plastic wrap and chill the Oreo pie cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

Step 8: Serving Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top if desired. Slice the Oreo pie cake into wedges and serve chilled.
