Pumpkin Custard Pie Recipe

Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare Pie Crust:  Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges as desired.

3. Mix Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.

4. Fill Pie Crust: Pour the pumpkin custard mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.

5. Bake:  Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the crust is golden brown.

6. Cool and Serve:  Serve slices of the pumpkin custard pie with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
